Thank you for shopping at Byte2PDF. Since our products are delivered digitally, our refund policy is slightly different from physical goods. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.
📦 Nature of Our Products
All the products listed on Byte2PDF (PDFs, templates, digital guides, etc.) are downloadable digital goods. Once purchased and downloaded, they cannot be returned like physical items.
🔄 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Download Link Not Received
- If you did not receive the download link within 2 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first.

- Corrupted or Incorrect File
- If the file you received is corrupted or doesn’t match the description, we will resend the correct file.
- If we are unable to provide a working version within 3 business days, a refund will be initiated.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You mistakenly bought the wrong product
- You don’t have the software/app to use the file
- You claim dissatisfaction without a valid technical issue
